This is a IP X3 X4 raining test chamber which made by SESS Pvt Ltd. This is a custom design with power on test, Customer use this rain test chamber design to process the Led lamps raining test, The mainly purpose is, simulate the outdoors raining weather condition.

According to the IP X3 X4 raining test requirement, The raining temperature will be 15C~ 35C. We equip the heating pipes inside the water tank, and the temperature sensor and water level sensor inside the water tank as well. This is the solution how we make the raining temperature can be adjustable during the customer doing test work.

Then engineer mentioned that, LED Samples in the testing room workable with AC 220V, or AC 415V power supply. If you have a different power source in your local place, Please inform us, Then we can adjust the design according to your power requirement.

IP X3 Test Method: The swing pipe comply with the both sides of the vertical line, and swing almost 60 degree, A total of 120 degrees, each swing 2*120 degrees, It takes about 4 seconds. The test duration is 5 minutes. Then, the turntable rotates 90 degrees, Test for 5 minutes. Test Standard according with IEC 60529:2001
IP X4 Test Method: The swing pipe comply with the both sides of the vertical line, and swing almost 180 degree, A total of 360 degrees, each swing 2*360 degrees, It takes about 12 seconds. The test duration is 10 minutes. Test Standard according with IEC 60529:2001

Customer can do the self-defined IP X3 X4 raining test according to the customer local testing standard. Below is the guidance to let the customer understand the control system easier. The swing pipe, Rotary table, and Testing time is adjustable. The water temp can be programmed to be 15~35*C, according to customer’s requirement.
